Hi Sagar,
Generally, to pursue Bachelor's in Technology you need to fulfill certain criteria :
* You need to complete 12th with 60% in Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
* You should be at least 18 years old or above. The maximum age should not exceed 23 years on the date of the exam.
* You must appear in engineering entrance exam.

It carries accreditation from both AICTE & DEC.
***Well if you qualify the criteria for admission into a particular program offered by a particular college/university in Saudi Arabia, then you can definitely proceed.
