It is nice to see that you realized your mistake on time. 20 years of age is not too late to restart a career. Before I suggest you something, I want to wish you luck and I hope you will put all the hard work required to build your career.
There are multiple options , you can look at:
1. Join any distance degree course(B.A., B.Com, BBA, BCA etc.) and once you are through do you MBA in disctance as well. Side by side look for a job; if you English is good, you will easily fetch a job in International BPOs like IBM- Daksh, Convergys etc; however if your english is not good but you have good communication skills you can join a Domestic call center. Trust me work experience matters a lot and by the time you'll finish your degree, you might end up leading a team of 10-12 people or may be more then that.
2. If you are interested in Fashion and Cosmetology, you can join some diploma course like Advanced Diploma in Cosmetology in Anoo's international beauty school; these are 5-6 months courses and you will start earning post these many months.

After B.Sc Physics, one can find different technical jobs in public and private sector. There are many opportunities available in technical field. Apart from technical field, one can also go for teaching in government or private institutions.
* Jobs in Private sector :
- Many IT companies such as Infosys, Wipro and CTS are recruiting Physics graduates for software jobs.
- One can get job in Energy Plants.
- One can even apply for jobs in many companies in automobile industry such as Maruti Udyog, TATA Motors and Tech Mahindra.
* Jobs in Government sector :
- One can apply for jobs in Scientific Research and Development Organizations such as The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Physical Research Laboratory Ahmedabad, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics Kolkata and Nuclear Science Centre New Delhi.
- One can also apply for various jobs in government organizations given below :

- After qualifying NET or SET exam one can apply for teaching jobs in government colleges or schools.
- Another option is to apply for jobs in public sector banking. Several banks are conducting exam every year for recruiting graduates to the post of Probationary Officers.
- One can also find job in Railway sector and for that one needs to qualify the exams conducted by Railway Recruitment Board.
- Graduates can also apply for Combined Defense Services Exams conducted for recruiting candidates to various posts in Defense Department.
