MPhil is an advance postgraduate research degree. It is done after Phd or D Phil. MPhil is also called Ph.M. You can do Mphil after completing your Phd.

If you want to study M pharma with scholarship then you have to ask your college administration as every college has a scholarship programme and a qualification criteria to earn that scholarship.

if it is not feasible for you, you should check for a corporate HR role and then opt for an evening/ executive MBA from a premier institute like FMS Delhi, JBIMS, NMIMS etc.
