Yes there will be, however it hugely also depends on college to college. There are some law university reserving seats for foreign nationals etc. Some giving scholarships too however they are not only for international students but open to all.

NEET 2020 exam paper was comparatively easier than NEET 2021 paper, but as far as the cut-off is concerned, there was not much difference in the cut-off marks of the result of the two years.
