Candidates seeking admission to MBA course at SIIM must fulfil the prescribed eligibility requirements. The aspirants with a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university are eligible to apply. However, the degree course should have been passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate. The mentioned minimum aggregate is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is stil subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

No, Assam University does not allow direct admission to MBA courses. To be eligible for admission to all management courses offered by Assam University, candidates must qualify for their Class 12 with a 60% score from a recognised board and must achieve 55% in bachelor's degree. After qualifying for this basic eligibility criteria candidates must have secured valid/competitive scores in the CAT/ XAT/ CUET PG/ CMAT entrance examination. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to GD and PI. Furthermore, candidates must submit documents on which they completed the Bachelor’s degree and other academic & personal details.

Before filling up the MBA application form at Assam University, it is suggested to the applicants that they should scan clearly the following documents (for uploading later) as per the size given below:

  • Candidate’s Passport-size photograph – size between 150 Kb to 300 kb
  • Candidate’s Signature – size max 30 Kb
  • Copies of other Testimonials – Size 150 Kb to 300 kb each

In the ‘mandatory upload’ section, the applicant has to upload the following clearly readable documents:

  • Passport-size photograph of the applicant.
  • Scanned signature of the applicant.
  • Scanned copy of both sides of all original testimonials

MA Education is a quite good option at this particular time, but firstly you have to complete your BA in education. After that you can pursue MA in education. Placement options are like government teachers' job as in most of the states it is compulsory to have BA or MA in education.
