Yes, why not! You can take admission in M.Sc. Maths. Only you have to clear the entrance exam required for the admission and a few basic knowledge on mathematics.

Hope you are doing well!
Admission to B.A. MS or BHMS will be done as per NEET score. For admission into government colleges for B.A. MS or BHMS you need a score around 300. For getting a seat in B.A. MS you will have to score more than 360 marks, (if you are a general candidate). For other category, marks vary. It is approximately 365 mark. You can get admission in various courses through NEET marks. Those marks will definitely help you to become a doctor. If due to some reason you can't able to become a doctor, you can opt for teaching or research background. Or you can work in corporate sector, they will definitely pay you good income if you were hard-working. Go for B.Sc.
