The college provides scholarships to eligible students based on their merit (CGPA) and means (family income). The SAT (Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test) is an international level entrance exam conducted by O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) to grant admission to its undergraduate programs. These programs include BBA (H), B.Com (H), Integrated BBA+MBA, BA (H) Economics, Political Science, and Global studies. The JSAT 2024 application process comprises registration, filling up of the application form, document upload, and fee payment. Candidates can take JSAT 2024 multiple times during its conduct period, and the best score will be considered for admission purposes. For each attempt, the candidate must register afresh.

 The bachelor’s concentration that led to the highest average salary was Computer Science with $88,280, followed by Interactive Media and Game Development and Robotics Engineering. Similarly, at the master’s level, the highest average salary was witnessed by students with Robotics Engineering as a concentration at $113,833.

The two concentrations which yielded the highest employment outcome were Applied Mathematics and Biotechnology, both at 100%. The overall success rate for both of these concentrations was also 100%. These were followed by MBA and Data Science which both witnessed an above 90 percent of employment.

There was an increase in the average starting salary of bachelor’s degree pass outs as compared to 2019. The salary recorded for 64.5% of bachelor’s students who had a job in 2020 was $72,951. For the master’s and PhD degree graduates, the salaries were $86,017 and $100,200 respectively. As per Forbes, the 10-year median salary for WPI graduates is $135,500.

The institute has been featured and ranked 4 among national universities where the graduates are paid well according to US News and World Report.  The total fee of BTech ranges between 8.84 L and 11.24 L. The fee, excludes exam fee, professional development and placement training fees. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

 Yes, lateral entry to BTech course is offered in 14 specialisations, namely Aerospace, Civil, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Robotics & Automation, etc. The selection to the course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must pass Diploma in the concerned Engineering discipline or BSc Physics or Chemistry with Mathematics as one of the subjects or BSc Mathematics or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BTech (LE) course.

Admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main/ KEE score. KEE or Karunya Entrance Examination conducted every year for admission to UG courses of Engineering, Agriculture, Biosciences, Criminology, Management, Media, Design, Nursing, Health science, Data Science, Forensic Science, Commerce, Nanoscience, Optometry. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling and document verification. Candidates need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission.

BTech (LE) is a three-year course divided into six semesters. Check below the eligibility and selection criteria for the BTech (LE) course:
