Digital Media and Animation related programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities in India as well. Few top notch institutes in the field are NID & IIT- IDC who offer PG programs in these segment. If you are creative, do consider and appear for their entrance test.

Eligibility Criteria:
Recognised Bachelors Degree (10+2+3 or 4) in any discipline.
Students appearing in Final year Bachelors Degree exam can also apply.
Candidates with work experience and/or additional educational qualification will get extra weightage.
NRI / Company Sponsored candidates can seek admission based on their prior Academic & Work record, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Candidates who have taken CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT or a similar nationalised entrance exam for Management studies can apply
Our Institute uses CAT for short-listing the candidates for our post-graduate programme(s) in management/MBA. IIMs have no rule either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.

1)
After degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering you have two options :
* You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .
* You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
* You may work in private or public sector and gain a valuable work experience of a year or two. This experience will help you get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with the technical course (M.Tech) or management course (MBA).

You may even opt for courses in specialized fields after B.Tech in ECE, i.e., there are two fields.
* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can go for programming languages.
Choosing a course entirely depends on your interest and skills. So think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.

However please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities abroad, you need to be 12th pass from recognized education board, with good academic record preferably 60%-70% in 12th, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. SAT (required by universities in US)
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
