In the CBSE 10th exams 2023, each paper will carry 80 marks each, and the remaining 20 marks will comprise of internal assessment. So there is nothing to worry about internal marks given by the school. You needs only the passing marks.

Yes, you can do both in the same institute. There are few universities who provide dual degree like Amity.There is no such integrated course in Manipal Univeristy Jaipur. Yes, you can apply for MHA-MBA /MMS CET. Based on your score, you will be able to apply for All India Seats.
For JBIMS, cutoff for All India Seats is usually 99.99%ile. So you need score extremely well in CET.
