SNU Chennai PhD admissions are entrance-based. The university conducts an in-house entrance exam for the selection of right candidates to its PhD course. There is no other entrance exam acceptable for the admission. Candidates have to apply and qualify for the exam with a valid score. Candidates who will secure a good rank in the respective exam will be called for PI round.

NTA will list the following documents to be uploaded while filling the NEET 2024 application form:

• Passport-size photograph
• Postcard-size photograph
• Signature
• Thumb impression
• Class 10 Pass Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Permanent and present address proofs

Last year onwards, the permanent and present address proof document upload was made mandatory. It is expected that this document will be required for NEET 2024 as well.

CMC Vellore Application Form: Important Documents

In order to get admission to CMC Vellore, students need to furnish multiple documents for the applied course. Students are advised to visit the official website to learn more about document submission. Furthermore, candidates can check the points mentioned below for document requirements to get admission to the institute for the year 2025:

TJEE 2025 seat allotment has been announced. Candidates can now access the TJEE seat allotment result online at tbjee.nic.in. No other mode has been used to announce the TJEE seat allotment 2025 result. Allotment of seats has been done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. Separate seat allotment results are expected to be announced for different rounds of TJEE counselling. 

TJEE counselling registration will be open online. Candidates will have to upload important documents during TJEE counselling registration. Some important documents to be uploaded are 10th and 12th class marksheets, birth certificate, category certificates and more.

The tuition fee for PhD at SNU Chennai is INR 72,000. This fee is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Futher, candidates also have to pay for refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000 ( one-time) & admission fee (one-time) of INR 5,000 at the time of admission. The thesis fee will be INR 15,000, which is to be paid at the time of submission of PhD synopsis)

Additionally, the scholars will be provided with free shared accommodation in the hostel and Married scholars will be provided campus accommodation at a nominal rent. 

While registering for TJEE counselling process, candidates can fill out their choice of colleges and courses online at tbjee.nic.in. Selection of colleges and courses will be done in the order of preference. Since allotment of seats is based on candidate's rank and preferences.

To be eligible to apply for PhD course at SNU Chennai, candidates must have a PG degree in the relevant stream from a recognised university. Candidates are shortlisted based on their past academic records, followed by performance in other selection rounds. Aspirants have to submit the scorecards and marksheet of previous education for the verification at the time of registering for the course.

TJEE counselling will be held online. Qualified candidates will have to register for TJEE counselling for admission. TJEE counselling registration link will be available at official website. After registration, candidates will have to select their choice of colleges and courses.

MBBS admission process at CMC Vellore is merit based along with being entrance based. The college accepts NEET scores for merit based selection and also requires students to clear the CMC Vellore Entrance Exam. A score of 443 in NEET is a good score, however, admission to CMC Vellore depends on various factors such as performance in the entrance exam and academic record. CMC Vellore gives preference to Christian candidates and they hold reserved seats. However, non-Christian students can also apply for admission to CMC Vellore.

In addition to offering top-notch academics and extensive patient exposure, Christian Medical College, CMC Vellore is one of the best private medical schools in India. The college also has one of the lowest annual fees. A significant number of students are unable to be admitted each year due to the sharp increase in the CMC Vellore cutoff. For admission to CMC Vellore in 2024, a student must receive marks higher than 550. For students in the General category in 2024, the cutoff was 660. 

The admission to MBBS programme at CMC Vellore campuses will solely be based on the marks scored by the candidates in the NEET exam. There are no management category seats available at CMC Vellore campuses. CMC Vellore Entrance Exam has been permanently scrapped as an entrance exam.

VIT Vellore accepts CAT/ MAT/ XAT and NMAT scores, followed by a PI round for admission to the MBA (Master of Business Administration) course. During the VIT Vellore MBA cut off 2023, the CAT percentile was 95 for the General AII India category students. As per the VIT cutoff 2022, the percentile for MAT and XAT entrance exams were 80 and 70, respectively for the MBA programme.

There are different deadlines for submitting applications to Kathmandu University based on the curriculum and the admission period. 
In July, admissions will be open for all undergraduate programs and the majority of graduate programs during the Fall session of the university. The deadline is Jul 22, 2026. The relevant school or department determines the admission time.

Comparing the prices of Nepal's College of Medical Sciences and Kathmandu University. A post claims that admission to affiliated medical colleges in Nepal costs approximately Rs. 35,000,000. However, the cost of attending Kathmandu University varies according on the course of study and program. The cost structure for undergraduate medical studies at Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences is allegedly not made clear.
