"Based on your question, I assume that you want to go to US only after completing your B.Tech. In that case, you need to do the following:
1. Start your GRE preparation from now at home. Read Word Power Made easy every day for at least one hour.
2. Join in any GRE coaching center in your third year holidays.
3. Write GRE and TOFEL in your 4th year so that you can leave to US after you are done with your B.Tech. In this way you will not waste your time.
4. You should get above 310 in GRE and ~100 in TOFEL
5. Once you are done with these based on your GPA and GRE, TOFEL marks list out the universities from https://usa.shiksha.com/ms-co
