Both the course you mentioned i,e. MBA and MS are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
So, you need to first decide in which field you wish to make your career and accordingly you may select the best course as per your interest and liking.
If you wish to pursue MBA, in that case I would suggest you to continue working for 2-3 years more and then opt for MBA from good universities abroad as it will further enhance your career prospects.
As the cost of education to pursue MBA, from universities in US is more, in that case you may consider pursing MBA from:
1. UK.
2. Australia.

You can select a course according to your interest and academic background. Science students can look for diploma or B.E/B.Tech programs. You can also look for a course in medicine. If you are from commerce background then can try for B.Com, ICWA and CA. Arts streams students can try for BA, BBA, BBM, etc.
