Hi Gaurav,
The next step after clearing the CDS examination is to prepare for SSB (Service Selection Board). The Ministry of Defense undertakes the SSB Interview to evaluate prospective candidates for recruitment in the Army, Navy and Air Force.
The benchmarks on which the candidates are assessed include intelligence, personality, compatibility, and potential. Hence, mental preparation holds prominence over physical preparation, although physical fitness will be an added advantage.
The five-day personality and intelligence test schedule is as under:
Day 1: Basic Intelligence Test
Day 2: Psychological Test
Day 3 & Day 4: The Group Testing O

Hello Shantam,
There are no such restrictions as you can change your stream in class 11th and class 12th but it will be better for your career if you stick to one particular course. Make a plan and follow it.
For changing the stream you will have to write a formal letter to your principal and to your class teacher.
Wish you a very bright future.
