CAT examination is conducted for admission to IIM. IIM is one of the best Institute in the world for management courses. MH-CET is conducted for admission to the management college in the state of Maharashtra. CAT is much better option but remember, it is one of the toughest examination in the world. You can write both the examination.

It would difficult to give you any concrete information on MHT CET cut off, however, according to last years record the admission has closed at the CET score of 75 and this year's Expectation is 70

most of the courses offered by NIIT are DIPLOMA, like Diploma in JAVA, in .NET,, in SOFTWARE TESTING & QA. If u really want to go further then go for MCA or M.Sc (IT).
