Hi, you haven't specified, in which role are you working. If you are going for an M tech, you are sticking to your line of study. Presently Mechanical Engineers are in great demand, but one has to look for opportunities. Contrary to it, almost every 3 person of present generation, you will find an MBA ( mean to say that, Organisations assume MBA as a basic qualification now a days unless you do it from top 10 institutes in India.

Hi,
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 70%-80% plus in graduation.
Atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score 650-700 plus.
TOEFL score of 90-100 plus.

I am sorry but I don't think there are any institutes providing LLM admission on such a low percentage, but If you are of OBC or SC/ST category you can try to get admission in Govt. Law colleges they may have some payment based seats.
