First thing you don't think yourself wean in english other thing that english is secondary language in india & hindi is first language. English is necessary in corporate sector so it has more importance. For improving english first daily add at least ten english words in communication i.e thanks,goodmorning,sorry, etc as well as clear base of english i.e grammer & translation by daily hindi to english & english to hiindi translation. Regular practice will make you perfect.
One more thing don't hesitate while speaking english & be confident.
