First of all i will advise you to see the syllabus of both these courses and then decide what suits you best as per your interest or try to find that in which syllabus more number of subjects are of your interest.
If you found same subjects in which you are interested in syllabus of both MCA & MscIT Then For better job opportunity i will advise you to join MCA but do it only if you are good in mathematics because in MCA and MCA entrance you have to study maths as most BCA or BscIT student feel difficult to study maths so better think before making any decision.
