As per your query, it seems that you are awaiting for your graduation results, so as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then opt for full time MBA program as it will further enhance your career prospects.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
