Yes, you can apply for life sciences. In DU it is merit-based. On the basis of cutoff you'll get admission. For private colleges you'll get admission. Good luck.

Yes, there are a few institutes whose cutoff for 12th is around 50%. Just search for B.Arch colleges in Shiksha home page and choose in which location you would like to stay. Based on that, you will get the list of colleges, just check their eligibility and apply.

Hello,
The cutoff score varies every year and based on your caste, for OC (general category), it will be the highest- around 195 and it reduces for others. For SC, ST it will be the lowest. However, you need to have at least 190 to get CSE at Kongu Engineering College.
