As per your query, it seems that you are interested in changing your career from banking industry to HR.
So, regarding this I would suggest you that, as you have already completed MBA in HR:
You may look for Job in the field of HR, once you get a job than you should work for 1-2 years and then opt for short term specialized course in HR.
The advantage of this step would be after working you will know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

You can also look out for INLEAD. The Institute is located in Gurgaon. They provide 1 year of Post Graduation Diploma in Event Management & Public Relations.
