Yes this college has aeronautical engineering branch and it is a good choice.Even though the present scope for core job is very less, but it is expected to increase rapidly in coming years.

I don't think this is possible. Generally, institutes would not accept admissions directly in the 2nd year where a candidate has pursued 1st year from some other institute. Still, you may contact Wingsss College of Aviation Technology directly for the information and clearing your doubts.

Otherwise, a regular course is any day better than an online course.
