Yes, you can apply there, you need to fill the registration form by going to the official website, it is a 3-year course
You will have to give written test and must have passed 12th with minimum 45% marks
The fee is between 16000-17000 per year.

My sincere advise us to not stop here with admission in one of the NIT but go in for preparing and appearing for JEE Advanced forcwhich you will be definitely eligible.
