Complete your B.Tech with good grades, more than 75 percent marks are recommended. University scholarships are awarded on merit, so you must be very good academically. Higher the grades, better the chances for admission and scholarship. You must also take the IELTS exam before applying. An overall IELTS score of 6 and above is required.

The minority cut-offs differ for each college and for each academic year depending on the complexity of the qualifying exam and the median scores obtained by students. Usually they are always significantly lower than the general cut-off, however it depends on the number of seats available and scores of minority students.

You must complete your HSC with mathematics as a compulsory subject, overall your grades must be good. You can check the NUS admission requirements page for the international student as requirements vary. SAT or ACT might be required.
