Hello D Jain, I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of admission in MS in the USA. However, admissions there do not depend exclusively on academics but on a host of different criteria. I would therefore suggest that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to the USA for MS https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/usa/ms-colleges-dc
Best wishes to you.

Hello Shubham, I must congratulate you on your thoughts of doing ME in part time mode. However this a student can do if residing near the college since it involves evening / weekend classes and practicals. In view of this, I would like to advise you to first Google about colleges offering ME. Then contact them individually by either phone call or email to check about part time ME and timings etc. Best wishes to you.
