Being an E&TC Engineer u can choose network line as a good care option. CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the Linux OS .

Well I agree with Nikhlesh Mathur that as for now do not ponder over how much marks would you score, rather I would suggest you to work on your preparation for other entrance exams and, there are other parameters like academics, extra curricular, performance in group discussion and personal interview also matters. So gear up all efforts to work towards the next step that is GD/PI.
For your knowledge, key factors include humility, patience, objectivity, open-mindedness and an ability to look at things from other people's points of view.It's even about listening attentively to what the other people has to say so as to proactively participate in the discussion. It is always important to remember what your counterpart's last words were, when beginning to rant and rave.
And talking about PI, just be confident and relaxed and be true to whatever you are asked, and certainly with these attributes, you'll be able to crack in one go.

Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.

Now a days These Specialized Degrees are also not giving top quality job. Through Degree now a days u will not get practical knowledge which is going on in industry. Degree's are having their old tradition ed Theory based paper that can be clear by Rutta Fication. Industry Wants Specialized Professionals with Practical Knowledge. Do u think that Microsoft Require any affiliation from any University? I think No. Because All the College purchase License from Microsoft. So If Microsoft will take an exam and make some one Certified as Microsoft Certified Professional or Engineer then This International Certification will be accepted by the Industry or ur so called specialized Degree?
Now a days one must have to choose the line where he/she wants to make the career in IT lines. Here are some specialized job requirement in the Industry like System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Virtualization Admin, Data center Admin, Web Developer, Internet Security Specialist, Software Developer and many more. These looks to be very high profile Job. If a person start career from this level Money no issue for him. As the experience grows Salary grows exponentially.
