The Basic eligibility criteria to join Merchant Navy is:
Aspirant must have passed 12th class with physics, chemistry and maths as their main subject.
They must have completed their graduation in the field of Marine Engineering or Nautical Science to join the engineering or navigation fields in the merchant navy.
Candidates completing their graduation in Technical, Mechanical or electrical engineering field are applicable to join the Merchant Navy as Fifth Engineer or Engine Cadet.

Shubham, you can go for BCA but then, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. If you work hard in a new subject you may be better placed to take up a career than passing out from just any college as today placements is a big issue with fresh engineers from average colleges. After completing your diploma, you can try for Lateral entry by giving LEET exam. However, the eligibility may vary from institute to institute.
There are so many government jobs in different government departments. So the eligibility criteria varies in different government departments.
Basic eligibility criteria for for government jobs:
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
(12 pass candidates are also eligible for government jobs but for clerical cadre.)
Age: 18 to 30 years. No relaxation for general candidates.

You can apply to the IBM and RM programs of BIMTECH with your MAT score. For details, read ahead.
The PGDM General and PGDM International Business accepts only CAT and GMAT scores. The cutoff of CAT was 75 percentile last year, and that of GMAT was around 600 to 620 for the PGDM General program, and was little less for the International Business.
So you cannot apply to General and International Business programs with the MAT score.
The PGDM Retail Management and PGDM Insurance Business Management accepts CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT and MAT scores. The cutoff of CAT and XAT was around 60 percentile. The cutoff of CMAT was around 200 out of 400, but that can vary heavily due to fluctuations in the CMAT difficulty levels every year. The cutoff of MAT is also not high, and you can easily expect a call.
If you are interested in Retail Management and Insurance Business Managment. They are good courses. And if you come here and work hard, you can get better placements than even the best students of PGDM General students.
Anyway, a general suggestion would be whatever scores you have in CAT and XAT, now focus on the upcoming CMAT exam, and try and get above 95 percentile which is not that tough a task. A lot of gates will open up for you.
But then the next hurdle will start, that is of Group Discussions, Essay Writing, Personal Interviews etc. Till CMAT don't think of any of these, but immediately after CMAT start working on your the Second phase of the MBA admissions as explained by me above.
