First thing you should do is to BELIEVE ME, same was the case with my elder brother, only I knew his condition and no family member. HE DID SMART WORK , NOT HARD WORK AND GOT cgpa 8 in B.Tech.
Strategies :
Chill and Pamper yourself, you have done no crime, no sin. just could not manage time. There are ways to recover it follow the following methods.
1) Listen to you tube lecture on the topics and make power point lecture notes using wikipedia , etc.
2) Arrange seniors notes and start following.
3) Keep distance from those who waste your time.

Hi Yellamelli you are thinking in the wrong direction. I had 13 backlogs in my BSc ( Computer Science ) from Kishinchand Chellaram College Mumbai University. I could finish my 3 year degree course in 5.5 years. I gave my final year exams thrice and just managed to pass it after lot of slogging. Going by that calculation I should also not have lived on earth almost 4 years ago. Hi Anup,
You seem to be very studious and brilliant guy. But the problem is we do not consider those scores of GMAT and Toefl. All we want is either SNAP test scores or IELTS scores. This is the procedure. Another thing is your GPA can play some role as we give weight in selection procedure. Hope this helps.
