LLB can be opted in day or evening but the mode will be regular only. No distance LLB candidate can practice as it is not permitted by BCI. You can go for part-time classes. As distance LLB is not recognized for practice thus universities offer BGL or BAL like courses only and these increase the knowledge only but you can't practice.
“Centres of Legal Education” means
All approved Departments of Law of Universities, Colleges of Law,
Constituent Colleges under recognized Universities and affiliated
Colleges or Schools of law of recognized Universities so approved.
Provided that a Department or College or Institution conducting
correspondence courses through distance education shall not be
included.

Rome was not built in a day and therefore my dear friend you should not go for such things at once because,
1. In India, fast track is still a myth and where ever it is running in India then I don't know that is recognized or not.
2. You should go in a common way and you can opt for part-time or weekend or distance programs.
3. For your kind information, most of the online programs are also not recognized.
4. You are not that old that you are thinking.
5. That was unfortunate that you couldn't complete graduation and now you can.
