Yes, there are separate lists for General and SC/ST candidates. Currently, conversion chances at WL 38 looks bleak, though it can't be said with utmost confirmation that you won't make the cut. Yes, every institute should follow government norms and conditions, Therefore, Symbiosis is also following the same. Yes, there will list of general list, SC list, ST list etc. it depends on number of seats that are available in that college. Based on that, they will allot.
