The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in RV College of Engineering for Electronics and Communication branch is 50 percent. Therefore, you are eligible to pursue ECE from RV College of Engineering. However, you might face some trouble during placement as most of the top companies demand 65 percent throughout 10th, 12th and engineering to be eligible to appear for interviews.

The top B-schools like IIMs have their quota for experienced and fresher candidates. Both are evaluated on different parameters and are not compared with each other.

Yes, you can pursue PhD. For that you need to appear for NET or you can take direct admission in colleges also but I strongly recommend you to go through NET.
