Hello Akash,
Linux is a "must-know" for anyone interested to work in IT department. Linux is an operating system and provides sufficient tools which assist in advanced programming. On the other hand, CCNA is a networking course certified by CISCO. This course is recommended for those who wish to make make a career in the networking field in the IT sector. The scope of aerospace engineering depends on which area you want to specialise in. Like as follows:
HAL (Mostly Aircraft Structures) NAL (Aerodynamics and Materials) ISRO- Well ISRO does not have a separate recruitment for aerospace engineers, you'll have to look into materials, electronics, and structures. And, there are private companies like GE, Honeywell, etc.

Predicting cut off is a very difficult task as it's based on various parameters like difficulty of examination, number of applicants, the highest marks scored but to have an idea you can check last year's cut off. From this year even the board's marks will not be considered, hence prediction is even tougher.
