Yes, you can get Nirma University through GUJCET. The fifty percent seats of the total sanctioned seats shall be filled as Government seats from the candidates who have passed the Qualifying Examination from the schools located in the State of Gujarat and have appeared in GUJCET Examination for the corresponding academic year, by the Admission Committee on the basis of the merit list prepared by the Admission Committee.
The rank below the 500 in GUJCET can be good enough for admission here in the desired course.

Yes, you are eligible for BCA. There are some colleges that necessiate maths for BCA while some don't. Since, you had Informatics Practices in class 12th, you can get into BCA in following universities.

The last date for submission of online applications for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET has been extended up to 17.04.2020. While the EAMCET exam dates 20.04.2020 & 21.04.2020, 22.04.2020 & 23.04.2020 has been cancelled. The new exam dates has not been declared so far. Hence, wait for some time and keep in contact with EAMCET website:
