Both the degrees are the same except their names. Universities offering other courses along with technical courses name it as BE otherwise it is termed as B.Tech. There is no difference between them. Hello Kshitij,
There are many colleges offering aeronautical engineering branch in Karnataka. If you can score enough marks, then you can get admission into aeronautical engineering. Of course the percentage and the rank in KCET changes from year to year and hence is no use giving the ranks of the previous years as this year also the rank at which the cutoff will take place will change.
