Dear Sruthi,
Generally, a branded college has huge demand for admission, once the rank list preparation completed, selected get a call if you miss it. Then wait for the waiting listed if empty. Because once rejected the waiting list gets the priority. So, less probable situation. However, don't wait for one college alone. Try in many colleges.

As per my knowledge definitely, you will get in your desired branch because the 1st preference in KLUniversity is ECE and the 2nd is EEE followed by CSE. In the previous year on an average 450 students were alloted ECE and 400 students alloted EEE remaining students above 300(approx) or more than 300 are alloted to CSE. So you can definitely get in your desired branch.
Best of luck.

Yes, you can surely get admissions here they do not look at your category and they do not look at your board but if have scored well in your class 12th board then you can easily get admission here and if you are from NIOS board and you have clear university exam then you can easily get admission here. So no matter you are from which board you just have to have a great percentage and a great potential to crack the exam.

It is difficult to say with certainty whether you will be able to get admission to Thapar University for CSE with 92% in CBSE boards and a rank of 70k in JEE Mains, as admission requirements can vary each year. However, you may check the previous year's cutoffs for Thapar University to get an idea of the minimum marks required for admission to CSE. Additionally, other factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the overall performance of the candidates in the entrance exam will also play a role in the admission process.

Chitkara University is far better than Landran in terms of both placement and discipline. The strictness in Chitkara University is what everyone talks about! There is no strictness in landran. Talking about placements the placements in Chitkara University are very good! Moreover, Chitkara University helps students for building proper communication skills which is not there in landran. For an interview you have to be good at your communication skills, so Chitkara University is the best college.
