I suggest opt for PGDM as Btech is a professional degree then MBA will be more of academic degree but PGDM is highly professional in nature.

If you are saying Btech(CS/IT) is software engineering and willing to do that after BCA then :-
BCA(3 years)+Btech(4 years)=7 years
And what you get is two bachelor degree. .
where . .
BCA(3 years) + MCA(3 years)=6 years+ 1 year job Experience = 7 years
Here you have Master degree in computer along with 1 year job experience.
And MCA students are called software Engineers not Btech they are called Computer Engineers.
