Both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
If you wish to build your career in the field of research and teaching then you may opt for Msc whereas if you wish to make your career in corporate sector then you may consider pursuing MBA.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

Eligibility :
To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc. But, still, to give you a brief idea,
- In trainee level can expect income around Rs. 10000 - 12000 every month.
- Within a short span of time, the salary can go up to Rs.15000 - 20000 every month depending upon the experience and the work.
- In government sectors, the pay scale is not rewarding as the private sector.
- Architects practicing through their own organizations could earn a lot and this could be from thousands to lakhs.
- Consultants charge somewhere around 4 - 10 percent of the total cost of construction in case of apartments and multi-storied buildings.
