Both are different language , there is no conman thing between C and Java , you can learn only Java , you can learn about some concept of classes in java which are used in advance languages , there is very less function of c used in advance languages

Always remember, selecting an institute is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check the chief point that is recognition. You also need to check whether the institute has it's own publication house and connoisseur faculty.
Along with this, you may check other factors such as batch size, syllabus, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting an institute as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

BBA deals with business subjects and and after doing BBA you have no option but to go for MBA as career options for BBA are limited. Whereas, B.Com deals with subjects like economics, book keeping, accountancy, taxation etc. As a B.Com graduate from a good college, you can have variety of options in career as well as in further studies like CA, LLB, MBA, CS etc.
