Base upon your JEE marks you will get scholarship of 50,000/- per semester, subjected to clearing of NATA exam with minimum of 80 marks. NATA exam is mandatory to take admission in B.Arch.

Getting job after completing graduation is a tough task. I suggest you to check some private institutes like AIIM, IFBI, etc which offer specialist BFSI training to candidates and then place them with the banks.
