To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% in Science (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.

MBA in HR is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
MBA professionals in human resources often get jobs in a variety of corporate positions related to human resource management.
As Human Resource is the most important part of any organisation they also act as counsellors, offering assistance to employees to deal with personal issues.
Another role of HR is designing and implementing performance management systems so that it can perform employee career planning, counselling and appraisal.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA:
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
