The average pay scale post NIFT for all courses hovers in the range of 4 to 5 LPA with yearly variations. The center from which you're pursuing the programme is important for it may increase or decrease the uncertainty regarding industry opportunities (risk factor). There is center bias in form of preference for students of top centers in the recruitment approach adopted by several major industry players. If you're financially unsound, and opting for an NRI seat, it's going to be added pressure not only during the length of programme but also post its culmination in absence of a healthy salary (beginning pay scales in Fashion industry are generally on the lower side).
