After filling out the application form for the BTech course at KAU, candidates are required to attach several documents. Moreover, at the time of the counselling process too, candidates must submit original/ copies of several documents. The names of the important documents are as follows:
- Class 10 mark sheet and pass certificate

- Entrance exam scorecard
- Character certificate
- Migration certificate
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)

Candidates who have passed a Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology can apply for BSc at BAOU. Additionally, the aspirants who have passed 10th Std + ITI (2 or More Years) + NCVT/GCVT + GSHEB/gose 12th English Exam, 10th + 3 Years Diploma (polytechnic) are also eligible to apply. The applicants must hold the relevant documents at the time of form filling and course admission.

BAOU BSc fees has to be paid once the final selection is done for admission confirmation. Some of the components included in the structure are tuition fees, registration fees, etc. BAOU BSc tuition fees amounts to INR 60,000. This fee is taken as per the data curated from the official website/ sanctioning body. It is however, still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

The deadlines/ last date to apply for BTech courses at KAU are released for the academic batch of 2025. The official deadline to apply for BTech for the 2025–26 intake was June 30, 2025. To get admission into BTech course, application can be submitted online via the KAU admissions portal.

Kerala Agricultural University BTech admission is completely entrance-based. The university offers three specialisations in the BTech course and accepts entrance examination scores. The accepted entrance exams are KEAM Engineering and ICAR CUET (the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted for admissions to undergraduate programmes in agriculture and allied sciences at various Agricultural Universities (AUs) in India). Therefore, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to BTech courses at KAU.
