Hello Banothu Manjula, firstly let me congratulate you for getting such excellent percentile in JEE Mains. Last year cutoff for ST was at 39. Considering this, I am sure that you will get admission in your desired NIT. I am attaching cutoffs for different categories of last year for your information only. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. Yes, you are eligible to do BA course as commerce background there is only little bit deduction between 1 to 2 %.
