It is difficult to predict the cutoff trend for BTech courses at GITAM as the data is incomplete at the moment. The only 2025 cutoff rank that can be compared with last year's cutoff is the BTech in CSE closing rank. The closing rank for BTech in CSE shows a drastic decrease in the cutoff trend for BTech in CSE admissions at GITAM in 2025.

IIIT Kalyani M.Tech cutoff 2025 for the OBC category was 330 in round 1 and 342 in the last round for admission to M.Tech. in VLSI and Embedded Systems. To get admissions into the M.Tech course at NIELIT Calicut with a score of 400 is slightly tough, because as per the GATE last round score (General-All India) for the academic year 2025, it ranges from 350 to 362. However, apart from NIELIT Calicut, there are a lot of institutions/ colleges that offer admissions to the M.Tech course with a score of 400.

The GITAM BTech cutoff in the year 2025 is 526084 for the BTech in CSE course offered by GITAM. The cutoff data for the other BTech courses is currently unavailalbe for the BTech courses. A comparison of the BTech in CSE closing rank from the previous year shows that the competition has drastically decreased in 2025 when compared to 2024 BTech admissions.
