Dear aspirant, class timings differ. duration differs. Usually, 2 hours a day for all courses. Any course would require a minimum of 40 hrs to 60 to call it complete. Now, this may also involve module tests/full length tests. feel free to visit and talk to us.

You can make an application whenever best suits you; there is no set time to apply. It is best to be prepared and allow yourself time to ensure you have everything you need (finances, visa, etc).
We are still accepting applications for January intake (please note that not all of our courses offer a January intake; please see our course finder at http://www.hope.ac.uk/coursefinder/) and you can start applying for our September 2014 intake as well.

As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing masters degree through distance education and further wish to pursue Phd from universities abroad.
So regarding this please remember foreign universities do not consider masters degree through distance education for admission in Phd program.
In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for Phd students.
