You need to have an academic score at graduation level of at least 65% or more and an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6, work experience is not compulsory, however having 2 years plus of supervisory experience would add weight.
MBA in Australia comes in 3 durations, 1 year, 1.5 years and 2 years depending on the college or university you are applying to. IIM is an apt university, if you wish to pursue MBA. However, if you wish to go for an integrated course, IIM - Indore provides one after class 12th. Given the nature of the program (First 3 year of UG and next 2 years of PG education) learning goals of IPM are split into those for the first 3 years and the last two years.
