Hi Ashish,
Post graduation degree in Management would definitely be great career booster. As out sourcing companies doesnt provide a long lived career it would be rather advisable that you should go for a full time MBA from a decent University.

Hello. B.Ed notes cannot be sent thru this. You have to prepare your own notes , quoting the examples that you must have encountered in your classroom. If you want guidelines in preparing notes, there is a guide called "Dhoba Guide". That may be helpful to some extent.
