In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However please remember for admission in this program graduates in IT/Computer Science/Computer Application; or in engineering or with IT related experience will be preferred.

Please remember with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree as in order to pursue masters degree from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
However students with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) can pursue MS degree from US after completing their post graduation from India.
So if you wish to pursue MS from US only in that case I would suggest you to complete your MCA from India and then opt for MS degree from US.
For your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in US.
1. Undergraduate degree in same or related fields with good academic record (70%-80% plus in degree)
2. High score in GRE and TOEFL or IELTS.
For admission in masters degree in American universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
