Hello Pankaj, different caters for admission are available for admission in government colleges. Deemed to be university or private colleges do not have such quotas but they do have what is called as management quota. Hands your category of SSC will not be helpful in getting admission in this college since it will be based on your overall ranking in MHT CET. Yes, although you have done your graduation from distant learning you can still apply for MS in US. They will only consider the post graduation degree or graduation degree not weather you have attended the classes or not. Also, you have to pass some interviews for it. Hope this might help you:). .

Hello Meraj, admissions to Diploma courses in Polytechnic are based on the marks obtained in 10th examination that is conducted by the state board. While declaring results in the state board does not discriminate between Marathi medium or English medium or any other medium of instruction.
