Dear friend, it is not necessary. It completely depends upon your choice. You can choose PGDM course if
1. You want to be MD/CEO.
2. If you have a high dream.
3. If you want to earn more.
4. You want a caliber lifestyle.
Otherwise, you can run on the same track what you are now. But it is always better choose a good college for doing PGDM otherwise it is completely wastage of time & money.

B.Com in Finance and Accounting will be useful for you, mainly if you want to pursue a professional course like CA. If you are clear about your goal on being an entrepreneur, then I suggest you pursue a course like B.Com Hon. / BBA entrepreneurship. These will definitely provide a better foundation for you.
