U can go for B.Com after 12th class. At the same time u can also start preparing for CA.
Once u have completed B.Com & also qualified CA then u can do job in any reputed company at a good profile.

There is no distance mode for engineering graduation and AICTE does not approve them. For all technical graduation courses like B.Tech., B.Pharm and MCA have to be AICTE approved if done through a college.
